The second half of 2006 has seen quite a bit of turmoil in the catalog printing industry. Many of our larger publicly held competitors have shut down plants and reduced capacity recently after poor financial performance. At privately held Catalogs America we have continued on a course of controlled, long term growth while working to be the most customer responsive printer in the marketplace. Our 2005 expansion has added 20% more overall capacity to our business plan; allowing us to grow a little more in '07. In August 2006 we added an off line
PolyPak program to help educational publishers take better economic advantage of USPS distribution opportunities.
